    The header is now in middle of page.
    Menu items appear above header as a list on left
    Menu items also below header

    Tried reducing number of menu items and some of the CSS codes I read from other posts. Did not work.

    You can create a new user under Users–>Add New in the WordPress menu.

    Hi,

    You can use your own email so that you can change the password if needed. You can use any username you should see fit :-)
