Hi
I’m not sure if this is an Enfold problem or a WooCommerce problem….
I’ve used the product grid on our website but if I choose the “Let user pick by displaying drown down with sort options…” the Display Drop down Box only gives 3 options (see screen shot) If I choose “-1 Product per page” it shows all products. If I choose “-2 Products per page” it shows 2 products only on the page but no other pages show, the same happens if -3 products is clicked. I’ve set the Entry Number as show All Items. I’ve also checked the settings in WooCommerce and tried deactivating all plugins.I have recently updated Woocommerce to the latest version and WordPress and Enfold are up to date. Before I updated Woocommence the product grid drop down menu gave a choice of 6 or 9 etc items per page but rather than new products showing on subsequent pages the same products showed. E.G. If I chose”show 6 Items per page” if showed 6 items on page 1 then the same 6 items on page 2, the same 6 items on page 3 etc.
Would appreciate any help
Thanks

I did create a WordPress admin for you back in March ( happy to send details again if needed) and wondered if you have any ideas about the problem?
Thanks

You have been using a caching Plugin, so activate it again and go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Deactivate this and all other plugins but WooCommerce by WooThemes afterwards. Then clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
If this does not help then try to activate a default WordPress theme and let us know if you get similar results or not.

I tried all you suggested about the plugins but everything stayed the same. I tried activating a wordpress theme but it doesn’t show the page I wanted. For now I’ve stopped using the “Let user pick option….” and am using the default choice…unless you can think of any other reason why the Let user pick option isn’t working.
Many thanks
AnjiApril 18, 2016 at 12:43 pm #616376Hi!
if it doesn’t work with a default WordPress theme, then we know that it’s not a theme related issue and in this case we can’t help much. Contact WooCommerce support about it.

AndyApril 18, 2016 at 1:26 pm #616433Hi Andy
Sorry but I didn’t mean it didn’t work with the WordPress theme either, I meant that when I switched to the WordPress theme most of what was on the Enfold theme disappeared so I couldn’t even bring the page up I wanted to test.
Thanks
AnjiApril 19, 2016 at 11:54 am #617305Hey!
please check with a default theme if you have the same issue or not and let us know about your results. Use something else to display your WooCommerce issue on the default WP theme. Make a screenshot and show it to us (imgur.com, dropbox). Please contact WooCommerce support about this issue.
Cheers!
AndyDecember 13, 2016 at 8:43 am #723587Hold on the responses confuse me here. Andy what will going to a default theme do to help solve the issue with the Product Grid when the Product Grid is an Avia Builder feature…. For me the option drop-down box is totally gone but is fine on the normal designated Shop Page. I tried using the woocommerce shortcode too and that does not even show properly. Well at first it didn’t but I found out why it did that but even after that even using a textbox and placing
[recent_products per_page="12" columns="4"]
I eventually got the same result where the dropdown options would not show. So it seems the only page where the drop downs work is on a page you designate as the shop page in woocommerce. So I went digging and find this here:
<div class="product-sorting"></div>
You can get the dropdown to show by using that and it works too but it refreshes the whole screen when you select anything. Not sure is that the the way woocommerce does it. Just never paid much attention to it until now. So this could be a (the) solution for now for you @AnjiG.
I am now playing with it and when adding the code to the page it totally ignores the rest of the content and leaves just the product grid. Yeah I have more on my page and the default shop page with just a product grid in woocommerce is boring. Upon removing the code from the page the page stays the same after updating it to be sure. Going to permalinks and just saving it fixed it. So there is definitely something going on where the theme and woocommerce are not playing nice.
Anyways that is just what I have so far….
Update:
When using a default theme the problem persists. So now I am leaning towards bugging Woocommerce people. I will test for plugin compatibility tommorrow.

That’s why I told you to test it on a default WP theme. So now you’re a step closer to a solution. Good luck with it and greetings to the guys from WooCommerce support.
Best regards,
