Feature Request: Toggle A Row On/Off

I would like to request the ability to toggle a row or a content box on/off.

For example I have some code for a seasonal event. Rather than delete the custom code or commenting out the code. I’d like the ability to toggle it off until I need it next year.

I couldn’t find a road map or a feature request form so I started here.
