Is there a plugin or simple way to sort-of “copy and paste” a page from one Enfold site to another Enfold site. We’re hoping not to have to rebuild from scratch.
February 20, 2016 at 6:30 pm #586503Hi ikaika72!
You can switch to text editor, and copy the content from there, paste it to the other site and then switch back to visual.
That will work out for you and your needs.Cheers!

Great, please let us know if you should need any more help on the topic.
Best regards,

I tried your recommendation of copying from the text editor. When I first looked at my page, I was able to see content in both visual and text tabs. I headed out for a meeting, closed out of WP and when I logged back in, both my visual and text tabs are blank. I’ve tried this on two different computers and on Safari and Chrome.
Thoughts?
February 24, 2016 at 8:46 am #588224Hi,
I’m not sure about your text disappearing, maybe you forgot to save? You can try enabling debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, you can then copy/paste the shortcode into your new site. If you are looking to move pages and posts not using the builder I would suggest you have a look at the built in WordPress import/export functions.

I can’t copy and paste anything…because both the visual and text tabs are blank in both Avia and Default text editors. I’ve attached a screenshot video of what I’m referring to, please see the link.
February 24, 2016 at 9:09 am #588236Sorry, I meant in the default text editor (not Avia).
February 25, 2016 at 4:39 am #588728Hi,
Ok, that is why I recommended you to activate debug mode https://kriesi.at/support/topic/copy-a-page-from-one-enfold-site-to-another/#post-588224. If you do that you will get an additional field under the Layout Builder displaying the shortcode. If you activate the same feature on your new site you will be able to copy/paste the shortcode to the new site very easily.
If you have tried activating debug mode and can’t work it out then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a look at it.
