Getting picture to follow you down the page & Hover image question

I would like to get the close up pictures on the right hand side (orange ones) to follow me down the page as I scroll down – is it possible to do this?

You can try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/sticky-menu-or-anything-on-scroll/, request such feature here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/ or hire a freelance developer as such feature is currently not available and such customization would be out of the scope of our support.
