    Hello –

    We’re interested in using Enfold to build a site similar to this: http://harshacognitive.com

    I was wondering if it is possible to do the following:
    . include a full width orange bar with content on each page (see http://harshacognitive.com/our-services/)
    . include a field of color behind roll-over navigation links
    . include anchor links within navigation drop downs
