I am receiving the following message when I try to save a layer slider.
It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please, try to temporary disable themes/plugins, or contact with your hosting provider. Your HTTP server thrown the following error:
Not Found
I have read through the forum posts and already increased my php.ini maximum limit by using:
memory_limit 128M
There were no errors in my error_log file related to memory so I don’t believe this was the cause.
I have disabled all plugins and am also still having the same problem.
From awhile back I do have one error message in my error log file shown below. I can’t tell if this is related.
This is just a dev site for now but it can be found here: bradsommer.com/test01/
I was able to resolve this issue with my host. Their response was below.
It does appear that there was a mod_security rule being triggered which may have prevented that plugin from working properly. We’ve whitelisted this rule now, could you please try again? If you continue to experience any issues with this could you please provide your IP address from this page so we can further investigate the logs: https://asmallorange.com/ip/
Thanks,
Brad
