Hi I am creating a new website using Enfold, but am having two problems with the Contact Form on the following page, http://bigmoosehomeinspection.kvfmarketing.com/scheduling/:
1) The checkbox form element does not allow for multiple checkboxes. When I choose checkbox element, the only fields that populate in the backend are: Form Element Label, Form Element Type, Form Element Validation, and Width. As it stands, the Form Element Label actually appears as a checkbox on the front-end. There is nowhere to enter the options. So I tried adding multiple choices to the Form Element Box, but that didn’t work… Thus I have temporarily removed the question, but would like to add it once I can.
2) I have three separate Select Elements in my form. Unfortunately the responses to those three questions do not come through in the email once the form is submitted. Two of the three fields show up in the email without a response, and the third field, “Preferred Inspection Time of Day” is not even listed in the email (neither the question nor response appears in the email).
I have included my site login info. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. This is the final piece we need to launch our site. Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply, you are running an old version of the theme. Could you try updating to the latest version (3.4.7) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thank you for your response. I updated to version 3.4.7. Doing that has fixed the problem with responses not coming through via the confirmation email. However, I still have a problem with the checkbox form element:

Due to the problem with the checkbox element, I have setup two questions with Select Elements. However, there is no easy way for website users to select multiple answers on a computer. I have checked the box to allow multiple answers in the backend. However, it appears that users have to hold down the shift key to select multiple answers. However, this is not user-friendly on computers (although it is easy on mobile devices). I was going to add a note to the form label that says “Hold “Shift” to select multiple answers”, but that only applies to computers so that would be confusing for people on a phone…
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I either need the Checkboxes to work, or the Select Element to be more user-friendly. I just need to fix the following two questions on the following page: “Type of Inspections (select all that apply)”, and “Well Water Testing (select all that apply)”. http://bigmoosehomeinspection.kvfmarketing.com/scheduling/
