    Hi,

    I’m working with a company and the theme is not showing as updatable in our Dashboard. It is reporting 3.3.2 but I know there is an updated version. Could you advise why?

    Hi welshgje!

    Your sure you have the correct api information set in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Update and you have clicked on the “Check Manually” link?

    If it still does not show the correct version then try clearing your WordPress transients, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-update-to-3-4-1-i-dont-get-theme-update-on-theme-dashboard/#post-534145.

    I tried the WordPress transients option but it didn’t work. More info in the private section.

    We cannot check if API key is correct or not without having an access to ThemeForest account it was generated.

    If you have access to the latest version of Enfold through another account, please try updating the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi!

    Envato API had small bugs, they fixed them already but maybe your website did not receive update then because of the bug but cleaning transients should have fixed. In this case, it seems like your API key is not correct :/
