    Im creating a mostly one pager website however the client wants blog posts as well. Im using the blog posts on the page but only with an extract then read more. However when you click to read the full post it takes you off the main page – then if you want to go back to one of the menu links they don’t work – don’t take you back to homepage.

    Also the menu links aren’t highlighting the correct “anchor/Menu” on the page – the clicked on menu. It works on some but not all.

    You’ll need to use absolute path in your links like so.

    http://www.yoursite.com/#about

    Brilliant thank you :-)

    I have an issue though with the right page showing as selected – unless you scroll slightly down it then shows active anchor.

    Hi!

    It looks fine on my end. I recommend leaving it like it is because when you click on the links the section will be at the very top of the page.
