The mobile nav doesn’t seem to be showing on this site. Also, fullscreen slideshows don’t seem to be working on my iPhone 6 w/ iOS 9.2.1. I tried removing all custom css and deactivating all plugins. I updated the theme from 3.4.6 to 3.4.7 (which at least brought the layout back in order), but the site’s still totally broken, as far as the client’s concerned. Any clues for me? I’m sending you login credentials in the private content to expedite resolving this, if possible. Thanks!
February 5, 2016 at 5:19 am #578236Hi sky19er!
Thank you for using Enfold.
The slider is not even showing on desktop so we re-created it from scratch. And its ok now. Please flush the cache before testing the page.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 5, 2016 at 11:25 am #578428Oh weird! The slider seemed to be working on my desktop. Also, it still looked screwed up on my phone when I just checked now — even more screwed up; like before I updated the theme; with the menu items all showing above the header and everything out of whack (see linked screen grab). Flushing the site cache via the GoDaddy hosting settings and clearing my phone history didn’t seem to do the trick. Even clearing the history and relaunching safari on the phone, and repeating that a couple of times didn’t work. Even clearing the history, quitting the browser and restarting the phone didn’t work…. the first time, but when I did that a second time, it worked! The site looks fine again. AND, the reason I went through all that was because I had the exact same experience a few months ago, when I was running into some similar issues on the phone after a theme upgrade. Do you have any advice re clearing the iPhone cache to avoid this in the future? I wonder how many other users who have visited the site before are still seeing that screwed up version. Thanks, regardless!
February 7, 2016 at 8:12 am #579143Hey!
We encountered the same issue on another site which is also hosted by GoDaddy so it seems like the issue lies somewhere in the server configuration. Unfortunately, we cant figure it out until now. Do you have any other sites with different hosting? This is the thread in case: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-not-working-on-iphones-2/

IsmaelFebruary 17, 2016 at 2:47 am #584427Thanks for the response. I don’t have too many sites running on other hosting — almost all my clients are with godaddy. I’ll keep testing my sites and keep an eye out for this issue. At this point, it doesn’t seem like all my godaddy sites have that issue — seems like it must be a combination of things — but I’ll keep an eye out, as I said. Thanks again.
February 18, 2016 at 5:59 am #585156Hi!
Alright. Let us know if the issue persists. Please try to install a cache plugins and minify the scripts. We recommend the following plugins:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/Cheers!
