    Hi there,

This seems to be a very basic question but I haven’t found a real answer to it yet.
In all demo videos when people are building pages using the great Avia editor, they never actually make a page with pictures and text floating around the images.

If I wanted to make an information page with text and pictures using the Avia builder, is it possible to put an image inside a text block like you do in the default editor, and make the text float around it or would I have to use a text block and put the images in the text the oldfashioned way?

I would highly prefer to use the Avia editor because I could save templates of different pages and then replace the text and images in a simple way.

    Regards,

    Marcel

    Hi Marcel,

That should be possible but you might need some custom CSS to display it correctly, please link to your page so that we can have a look at it if you should need help.

    Hi there,

I’m doing it manually now, I use columns and pictures/galleries and split the text in half and put it in another block to get the desired results.
I think it works fine now.

However i did notice that once I use the Avia editor in a Blog post, the social icons and ‘maybe this will interest you too’ fields seems to be gone, is there a way to keep them?

    Regards,
    Marcel

    Hi Marcel,

Yes that is as expected, when using the builder for posts it will act like a page instead of a post. You will have to add the social share manually each time you publish a post or switch to the default builder and save there.

    Thanks,
    Rikard
