February 5, 2016 at 3:49 am #578192Hi, I made some trials and using the Twenty Sixteen Theme everything is OK!
I’m using the Enfold Child 1.0 with Enfold 3.4.7February 6, 2016 at 5:21 am #578945Sorry but making trials I discovered another great problem, the home page has a regular/correct visualization in IE but not with other browsers (Mozilla, Chrome)…
It’ s a really great problem…..- This reply was modified 8 years, 9 months ago by amepro.
February 8, 2016 at 3:25 am #579311Hi Rikard, I sent all info about 4 days ago, do you have any feedback?
February 8, 2016 at 5:34 pm #579777Hi, is it possible to be updated on this issue?
February 10, 2016 at 3:52 am #580729Hi,
Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? Please note that replying to your own topic will send it to the back of our support queue so please try not to do so unless it’s absolutely necessary.
Thanks,
Rikard- This reply was modified 8 years, 8 months ago by Rikard.
February 10, 2016 at 7:05 am #580834Hi Rikard, deactivation of all plugins has been done more then one time with the same result that is nothing, media library stays in loop and loads nothing, the last trial i did is to empty the uploads directory but no results anyway.
The fact I reply one or two times is because I got no news for two or three days…..February 10, 2016 at 7:54 am #580872Hi!
What I would suggest to do, is please check
1. media uploads folder ( wp-content ) is on 775 same with the uploading folders file
2. check if there is any limit from the hosting companylet us know if that works our for you
Cheers!
BasilisFebruary 10, 2016 at 10:33 am #580937Hi,
1) all the files/directories have the same permissions (775)
2) hosting company is aruba and there is no limits
3) I highlighted that with chrome and mozilla there was no good visualization of the home page (it was not redimensioned) to this you have to add also Safari on mobiles where all the sections does not work properly….I sent with private message all the credentials to access the back end…..
have a nice day

AndyFebruary 12, 2016 at 5:34 pm #582353Hey!
there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Cheers!
AndyFebruary 12, 2016 at 5:53 pm #582380I sent all credential on february 4th by private section
however I sent them again.I’ ll make a new trial with a new fresh copy of the theme…..
February 12, 2016 at 9:04 pm #582503Thank you very much for your hint. the only thing I obtained is that I lost everything and the child theme dib not work so I have to rebuild everything….
Furthermore I have this eroor: : wp_enqueue_script was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or login_enqueue_scripts hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.3.) in /web/htdocs/www.proloco.ferentino.fr.it/home/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3792
And the Media Library continue to do nothing Always in loop!!!February 14, 2016 at 11:54 pm #583038Amepro I had the same problem and took me 3 hours of testing to find out my problem…
For some reasons when I upload the theme via FTP something goes wrong and I get your same Media library error but when i zip the theme and upload it via the WP dashboard it works fine.
Hope that will fix it fo you too!
February 15, 2016 at 5:03 am #583069Hi Gigi thank you for your interest. I tried all the possibilities even the upload from the WP dashboard but nothing happens, always the same problem with media library. The only solution I found was to replace all files with an old backup…..
In the mean time no answers from Kriesi people…..
Thank youFebruary 18, 2016 at 10:01 am #585257Hey!
Sorry for the delay. please do not reply to your own topic it will push your ticket to the bottom of the queue and it will take us more time to reply.
We tested the media library and all images are showing correctly. I was able to upload a test image without any issue.
We then created a test page and inserted the image from media library everything worked fine. (Test page link in private )
Could you please elaborate on the issue you are having or is it resolved?

February 18, 2016 at 11:24 am #585299It’ s resolved because I replaced files with an old backup it means that was resolved nothing. I have gone back to the old version, this because it was not good to wait for more than 15 days….
I see that you used the library with files updated this night so just an answer: Is it correct to make client waiting for all these days?February 18, 2016 at 5:51 pm #585538Hi!
I’m glad you got it resolved.
We normally answer the tickets within a day or max a couple of days depending on the queue. I’m sorry you had to wait longer. As mentioned earlier when you reply to your own ticket system will be pushed to the end of the queue and it will take us long.
Please go ahead and update to the latest version of enfold and wordpress everything should work fine if you have any issues let us know and It’s my promise we will try our best to reply to your tickets within a day or max couple of day’s :)
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapFebruary 18, 2016 at 7:00 pm #585588Hi Vinnie, at last everything works. I updated from 3.0.4 to 3.4.7 and everything works right.
I’ m really curious to know what is the real problem or what has caused it….
Thank you for a prompt replyFebruary 18, 2016 at 8:29 pm #585662Hi!
You are most welcome @amepro
Since we cannot see the issue it is hard to say what exactly caused this but mostly my guess is it might be a conflict with a plugin. When you update the theme the theme files will be overwritten and everything will work fine.
Cheers!
