Changing Permalinks

Hello Enfold Team,

I want to change Permalinks on my page from “simple” (page id) to “post name”.
Unfortunately, everytime I do this, the following change log appears when I try to open a page in the menu:

“Not Found
The requested URL /zur-person/ was not found on this server.”

We tried to create a new menu, but it doesn’t work: always the same error appears.
Could you tell us where our fault is? You could take a look at the backend, I added the login credentials.
