    How can I specify to display NO portfolio items at the opening of a page containing a Masonry Portfolio ?
    Instead of displaying All portfolio items, as it is by default.

    Hi valentin!

    But then after you click on some other filters and then click back on “All” you want them all to display? Your just wanting to hide them when the page is first loaded?

    Unfortunately I don’t see an easy way of going about that. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.

    I want to hide them when the page first loads.
    So we have the the sorting filters visible, but that’s all when the page loads.

    Hi,

    Like Elliott wrote in his answer something like that would take a lot of customisations to the theme and would be considered custom work unfortunately, if you still want to pursue this I would recommend you to hire a freelancer to help you out with it.
