Hello
I was look in real time at my Apache error log when I saw this:
> File does not exist :………/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/videobg.jpg
This error show up when I display a page where there is a color section with a local background video (not a external video)
This video is:
[video src="https://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/videobg.mp4" /]
As you can see Enfold is looking for a file named ‘videobg.jpg” that so not existe anywhere…
Hi pako69!
Can we please check the live page, so we can check and debug the issue?
Cheers!
Basilis
It’s a private site on my own computer, so I give you the URL in the private content…
Hey!
Is it a recent error? You can check for the actual date in the error log. Do you experience anything wrong in the site? It’s probably an old content from previous pages that you created. Try to clean the database with the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/
Please create a restore point or a backup before using the plugin. There’s a very small chance that it will do harm to the site but it is always a good practice to secure the website.
Regards,
