    I just updated to 3.4.7 today.

    I went to edit my About Us page and my homepage but the editor area is completely empty! no elements. I kinda freaking out because my client needs changes.

    Also, there are setting that are not working for me.Specifically the transparency for the Logo area.

    I used FTP to put the new files again. But it did not fix problem.

    Please advise.

    I can show you that even after i create a new page. leave the page editor, then go back in, the new page created will have blank editor area.

    I’m using the latest version of Chrome.

    I just downloaded two different browsers and tried same with MS Edge and Firefox. It worked in both.
    I don’t know why i didn’t think of this ealier but i work with chrome almost exclusively. I despise MS browsers. There must be some issue with Chrome that it is not showing up.

    Have you tried disabling all addons / extensions and see if it gets fixed?

    I just deactivated ALL plug-ins and it has not fixed the issue (in chrome).

    Can you check if the issue persists in Incognito mode or on another computer (using Chrome)?

    Can’t really answer that precisely because there are too many factors to take in consideration (both on the theme/plugins/wordpress and on your end). I’d suggest sticking to Incognito mode for now and checking back in some days (could be a browser cache problem).

    I un-installed, then re-installed Chrome. Now it works.
