Ok, this is a GREAT Theme! Have few things to point out.
1. Demo import for existing site does NOT work. I’m assuming existing settings/plugins makes things complicated but just wanted to point out.
2. Theme clashes with visual composer. While I don’t ultimately see reason to have both but VC also has some cool features. wish it played nicer together. (I can get it to work by just updating few coding after two codes has clashed with each other lol)
3. SUGGESTION: You offer side bar selection (backend) for page, post and etc. I wish same was offered to product pages (overview & single) because I’d like just their sidebar to be on left side.
4. Where can I find full documentation? I have few other things I’d like to figure out that I’m still testing.
5. I imported business theme: http://carm.completemedicalservices.com/ and it seems like responsive for phone is not working. Meaning same demo site by enfold, three icon right under banner gets lined up top to bottom but on my site, it just stay next to each other all squeezed so you can’t even read text… Is there an issue or setting I’m overlooking?
January 27, 2016 at 2:12 am #572488Hey bulewold!
1. It should be able to import even on an existing site. Your settings will be overwritten though so please keep that in mind.
2. Yes, I imagine those layout builders would not work well with each other.
3. Consider creating a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we’ll see if we can get something added in a future update.
4. Please see here, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/.
5. On mobile I see the icons but on desktop there is some weird behaviour going on with the color section bottom borders. Have you done customizations? Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

BasilisJanuary 27, 2016 at 9:40 pm #573280I just remembered, in order for me to give you admin access, I actually need you to get CLEF. You should got an email with ID & another one for clef. It’s a simple app on your phone to securely login, I’m sure you already know. So there’s no point of sending you pw which I’ll include below anyway.
So #5 is the issue and
Second issue: http://carm.completemedicalservices.com/c-arms/ on this page at the bottom where it’s darkened video with phrase: Watch ZEN-7000 Product Video to Discover Value & Quality! is supposed to be white. I tried to change color and nothing is working. I think something is wrong here too…
Thank you.
Let me know if you have any issue with clef? I cannot disable clef because if I do, I lose access to the site since all PW has been disabled for all admin accounts.January 29, 2016 at 7:01 pm #574758Hey!
well we are lots of different moderator living in different time zones. We all need admin access, to be able to help you. I have no idea what CLEF is. Please make it easy for us to login and share credentials here as private reply.
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 29, 2016 at 7:06 pm #574762Andy, I have temporarily disabled clef for you guys. Please get in using id & pw provided.
Thank you.
February 1, 2016 at 8:33 pm #576004Hi!
Hey what is the login URL to get into the WP backend?
I tried the below URL in private but dint work…Cheers!
VinayFebruary 1, 2016 at 8:35 pm #576005There’s login form at the bottom of each page…. please use that
February 3, 2016 at 10:21 am #577007Hi!
The background overlay was set to black which is different from the background color please check the screenshot. We have set it to white now but to change to any other color please click on the edit icon on the color section and change the background overlay options.
We created a new page for you here with 3 column layout it is fully responsive. It might be some settings that was changes on the homepage Advanced layout builder which is causing this issue. You can re-import the demo again but that will reset your menu and some demo settings.
Cheers!
VinayFebruary 3, 2016 at 7:29 pm #577280Well, I didn’t set any of those. I barely changed settings after your demo import. I think your demo template is having an issue. also, when i tried to import wedding template, it would not import any images… maybe those are outdated a bit?
If I have to recreate all of them to make it work, at least it’s a solution.
February 6, 2016 at 9:14 am #578963I figured out the issue, There’s a bug in your color section. Whenever you use ANY color section, responsive view (smaller view) does NOT automatically stack side by side items top to bottom.
I really hope you guys can fix this because this prevents using any color section anywhere if you want any mobile users through responsive!!!
February 6, 2016 at 9:49 am #578973Hi!
That is happening because color section gets a 100% of the screen.
Would be cool to show us what you want to build, we might be able to help you easier.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 6, 2016 at 11:51 pm #579072Nothing special really. This is what I understand from testing theme and talking to you guys here.
1. Color section is what makes Parallex view with background and etc.
2. However, color section is NOT mobile friendly. You can put general text on it which will be fine on mobile… but
3. If you put 3~4 buttons on color section, it will NOT be stacked way responsible theme normally does instead, it’ll just squeeze side by side, making it not readable.
Is this correct understanding of the theme?
A. If so, are you guys planning to or Possible to make it so color section’s buttons have as much responsive as non-color sections?
B. Or do you recommend not using color section if we care about mobile responsive view?http://carm.completemedicalservices.com/ <-here’s simple example of that, top of the page has 3 simple icon box that won’t stack on mobile view. If I get rid of color section, it will stack. (But obviously without any fancy effect ONLY color section can provide.
February 9, 2016 at 8:26 am #580197Ok, I found the bug. If you use color section at the start of the page, entire page lose it’s responsiveness.
But if you put either text box or separator or anything on top then put color section like you’d normally do, page stays responsive.
There’s some error somewhere causing this i’m assuming. but at least I found the issue and workaround while you guys fix it.I’m very impressed and happy with this theme…
Not so much with support though… very slow and doesn’t seem to be able to figure things out… instead you said something about my settings when my entire setting on test site was imported from your demo.Anyway, I hope you can figure this out and fix it. either way, I’ll be using this theme using the new fix I found for now.
Thanks. No need to respond to this further. I’m unsubscribing as my issue has been resolved.
February 9, 2016 at 8:47 am #580212Hey!
I added a color section at the very top of the page and it is still responsive. Do you have any elements outside a color section? We encountered a few inquiries about this and the issue occurs if some of the elements are left outside a color section. The issue is random or depends on the combination of elements. Make sure that all elements are inside a color section in order to prevent the issue.
Cheers!
IsmaelFebruary 9, 2016 at 7:15 pm #580521I found it a bit random too.. so I’m back. And thanks for fast response this time.
Here are my findings…
Responsive (I test by shrinking window to narrow window) DOES NOT WORK
– When color section is at the very top
– using full width sub-menusBUT THEN
– some pages with color section at the top works.
– On certain pages with multiple color sections, I find that some of them works and others don’t.So it seems to be really random… Can you guys look into this and maybe see if there’s some bug preventing it? Or if it is certain layout or elements, list that element so that we know to avoid it? Although, everything technically should be responsive, right?
February 11, 2016 at 8:54 am #581493Hey!
Yes, it should be responsive if every section are inside the wrap_all or main container. The issue here is that, somehow, the sections drop outside these containers which breaks the responsiveness of the site. Yes, this is a bug but it’s random so we can’t figure out what’s causing it. A simple fix is to move all elements inside a color section.
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 12, 2016 at 12:11 am #581938Is it possible to add ‘wrap_all’ code to fix if that’s what’s making it responsive?
How do I access code section? I was looking for that before but cannot find option to enable coding part within post edit page.
Just looking at one of the page.
I got1. color section (with bunch of stuff)
2. color section (with icons in 3 columns)
3. Grid row (with icons in 3 columns)
4. Color section (with 1/4 left empty, 3/4 text box)on same page.
1~2 works well with responsive BUT 3~4 does NOT work responsive…..- This reply was modified 8 years, 9 months ago by bulewold.
February 12, 2016 at 2:35 am #581973I tried putting icons/ text boxes inside of color section, outside, grid row, by itself with 1/3 boxes without color section OR grid rows.
NONE of these worked. HELP!!! This is becoming ridiculous process where I’m waiting on you to help with something that should be standard with often 2+ days of wait time each.
You have access to above url admin account within this thread also. Please give me a workaround that works at least so that I can make the website. Or tell me that Enfold cannot do responsive for random things so that i can give up and go get refund.
Thank you.
February 15, 2016 at 8:18 am #583170Hey!
We deactivated the plugins temporarily and then move all orphaned elements inside a color section. The page is responsive again. Please remove browser cache or hard refresh the page: http://carm.completemedicalservices.com/
Now, I’m not sure if the “color section” fix the issue or the plugin deactivation. Try to activate the plugins one at a time to find the culprit. If all plugins are activated and the page is still responsive, it’s safe to say that the “color section” fix it.
Regards,
IsmaelFebruary 15, 2016 at 7:29 pm #583716WTF guys… you should never deactivate all plugin and leave it as it is. It’s ok to test but you need to put it back!!! it’s like basic! Unless we talked about it first. I have few security plugins that disables password which makes it extra work for me to get it back, just like now!!!
I wasted 30 min for this stuipd thing because you didn’t communicate!!!
Anyway, I did find the issue, your theme has compatibility issue with ‘Yoast SEO’.
As you know Yoast SEO is one of the most popular plugin for SEO which is important for any sites.
1. Can you find out what the issue is and fix it?
or…
2. Do you recommend another SEO plugin that you know is as good that works with enfold?
- This reply was modified 8 years, 9 months ago by bulewold.
February 15, 2016 at 8:48 pm #583748Actually seo plugin thing only applied to one of the pages.
And I also realized that once you use color section, everything except for fullwidth sub menu must be in color section in order for it to work… interesting..February 16, 2016 at 8:39 am #583953Hi!
We are very sorry about that. I thought that the site is on development stage. It won’t happen again. Anyway, good thing that you found the issue. Please try the following plugin or contact the plugin author: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/
Regards,
IsmaelFebruary 16, 2016 at 9:06 am #583964It is under development but all security settings were live, which causes everyone to be blocked out if turned off since it changes htaccess and rejects wp-login.php access for security reasons.
So the issue at least for me so far… is
Whenever i put horizontal line or white space outside of color section (between them), it causes this error. Very weird. but once i put them inside of the color section, it works. for now, I’ll keep this open for couple days until i test remaining site and I’ll close the ticket. you dont’ need to respond to this unless I find another issue.
Thanks, at least we did find the issue. just took a bit longer than I hoped.
February 18, 2016 at 3:04 pm #585427Hey!
alright, glad you found the issue and hopefully you can fix it. Let us know if you still need help with it.
