    Hi,

    I went through the registration process, and supplied the “Item Purchase Code”, I was then sent an e-mail providing a link to set a password for my account, but when clicking the link, it takes me to a screen saying, the link is invalid and wants me to put in my username or e-mail so it it can send me another link, when I do that I get a password reset e-mail link, which it also say it’s invalid.

    Hello,
    So at this point I guess looking at the thread here, on the 6th post, when “Yigit” replied, “Not at all :)”, that just didn’t seem to make sense to my previous post. Because he essentially said that it’s not all right. I then thought, why would they have to wait to have Kriesi fix my registration? Why can’t they do it? Why would it take over 5 days? Also, I have 5 months of support for the theme left, and I can’t use it. I can only imagine I am getting the runaround here. I guess you probably assume that I didn’t buy the theme or something. Well, I can easily provide proof that I purchased it, I have all of the accounts and e-mails to prove it. Perhaps, your process does take some time, and I am just overthinking. In which case I am sorry.

    The biggest problem I have with the theme is the archive(category) layout. It’s not the same as my blog layout, I consider it the worst part about the theme, and I can’t edit it. I am also confused on the child theme and what exactly that is or does.

    I will say however despite the runaround for whatever reason, taking people’s questions and providing them with code and explaining it would require much patience.

    I am now able to log-in, I wonder if the issues were related to FireFox. IE seems to play better. So looks like I was being impatient. I am sorry. Thanks for your help though, I know you guys are busy. I will rate the theme highly.

    I was able to figure out the category page issue. So what was happening was, the archive page was set to the same view as my blog. But…it didn’t look the same, it was centered and not left aligned. I think it might be due to not having a sidebar. I actually have a lot of Quick CSS lines for my blog layout and so obviously those won’t apply to the category page. But I decided to use a grid layout for the category pages. I feel bad now for throwing your support under the bus essentially. I guess my friends are right, I am paranoid haha. I look forward to working with the theme more, and I will recommend it.
