January 22, 2016 at 9:28 am #569834Hi,
Not sure why that is not working, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict?

I went through and I deactivated all of the plugins. Even then I was still unable to get the video to load. Any other thoughts?
Thanks so much!

BasilisJanuary 27, 2016 at 8:43 pm #573240Is there a step by step guide of how to do this without completely taking down the website?
January 27, 2016 at 9:03 pm #573249Hey!
if you update through FTP and replace the files, you do not need to get the site down at all
Best regards,
BasilisJanuary 27, 2016 at 9:30 pm #573269It looks like that will mess up the site’s navigation. Where are those files stored so I don’t mess with that?
January 28, 2016 at 6:18 pm #573935I tried re-uploading the theme and the problem still exists. Any other thoughts?
January 29, 2016 at 3:21 pm #574586Hey!
Very strange why it is happening on your site If the theme files are correctly replaced the issue should get resolved however please use of of the following plugins

https://wordpress.org/plugins/youtube-embed-plus/
Cheers!

BasilisFebruary 4, 2016 at 4:58 pm #577857Hi – I am trying to link to a YouTube video. I am also experiencing the issue (attached) with the advanced editor. I can’t drag and move elements any more.
February 8, 2016 at 11:59 am #579503Hey!
One of the plugins you are using is causing the conflict and you were not able to drag anything inside the color section or other layout elements. We disabled the plugins and check the layout builder everything worked correctly.
To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Deactivate all Plugins
2. Updated WordPress
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Once you find the plugin in conflict make sure the plugins is updated if you still have the same issue please re-install it or use an alternate plugin. While checking for the video issue we found that the video is playing in the background in lightbox when you click on Audio icon on this page it is again due to some corrupt files on the server due to a plugin conflict.
Try to find the plugin in conflict if it still the same issue then please go ahead and re-install the theme as mentioned in this link every thing should work just fine :)

Vinay KashyapFebruary 11, 2016 at 9:06 pm #581862Hi –
I recently updated another one of my websites to the latest verison of Enfold and I am now having the same issue. I think that this is a problem that is inherent in the latest update. Is there a way to go back to a previous version of Enfold? Are you working on a fix for this issue in the next update?
Thanks so much!
February 11, 2016 at 9:09 pm #581864In addition, I have already tried deactivating all plugins on both sites and the video feature is still not working with 0 plugins running.
February 11, 2016 at 9:52 pm #581886Just to follow up again. For one of the websites I not only completely deactivated all plugins and reinstalled the theme. I also went through and completely deleted any of the plugins that the websites that weren’t working had in common. For both websites the feature stopped working after updating to the latest version of Enfold. Pages continued to display the videos until I made edits and saved them.
Looking forward to a solution.
February 12, 2016 at 4:13 pm #582295Ok, I think that I have this figured out but now there is a new issue.
A couple of months ago I was told to insert the code below in order to remove the frame at the top of the page:
body iframe { display: none !important; }
However, now it appears that code is removing the ability to add videos. How do I remove the extra bar and also enable videos to play?

February 21, 2016 at 6:43 am #586584Hey!
It’s coming from the google conversion code:

So is the Enfold Theme not compatible with Google Remarketing Code?
February 29, 2016 at 5:10 pm #590950Hi!
I checked your website again, but can’t see any issue anymore. Could you fix it? Check if the google code is causing any issues with a default WordPress theme as well and let us know about your results.
Cheers!
