HI there,
I want to reproduce this post: http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview
What I have so far is:
– Featured Image 710x375px (for Magazine element)
– Header Image for post itself 834x321pxWhat I was doing it to add the Header image manually but when I use the Advanced Page Builder the title, author, etc, dissapears (example http://dev.worldfuturecouncil.org/2016/01/20/future-cities-forum-2015/).
When I dont use the Advanced Builder the title appears, which is what I want, but it appears over the header (example http://dev.worldfuturecouncil.org/2016/01/20/cities-for-climate-at-cop21-in-paris/).
How can I make it look with the title below the Image like you have on your Demo?
Thank you!!

I played around with it a bit and there is something very strange going on. First off, there has been quite a big confusion from my side and I apologize for that, but I found something new:
I installed the theme on a test website (this is stored in my personal server) and the result I got is exactly what I wanted from the featured images Regarding Magazine Element (and the thumbnails) and the post itself:
Magazine Element: http://1962flood.martinfreire.com/climate-and-energy/
Post: http://1962flood.martinfreire.com/press-release-for-climate-and-energy-2/When I upload the exact same picture as a featured image on a post to the website I’m developing I get this results:
http://dev.worldfuturecouncil.org/climate-and-energy/
http://dev.worldfuturecouncil.org/2016/01/21/despite-a-weak-outcome-paris-was-first-renewables-cop/The Featured image doesn’t get resized or cropped at all like it did on my test website, why is that?
I appreciate the help!
EDIT: same goes for the thumbnail in the Blog page http://dev.worldfuturecouncil.org/

January 25, 2016 at 12:05 pm #571266Hi!
there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 28, 2016 at 4:41 pm #573835Hi there, first of all, thanks a lot for the support and quick responses!
I figured out the problem though, and I’d like to share it in case anybody comes across a similar problem:
Apparently, because of some permission issues, my server didn’t allowed the creation of different image sizes by WordPress (as you know when you upload an image, WordPress automatically creates different sizes for the same file. Thumbnaills, etc…) In my case I only had the one image I uploaded, so Enfold used that original image, without adapting it (because it couldn’t find the file that it needed to use).
The result is that on my WordPress installation the GD Gallery “php_gd” (or something like that) wasn’t enabled, which was the reason for the NON CREATION of images thumbnails, etc.
That fixed the problem.
Thanks again for the support!
