Hello there,
everything was working well until I set up a new ftp user earlier today. I spent an hour and a half chatting with my host (dreamhost) but they basically gave up and told me that I need to get in touch with you guys since it obviously (to them) is a theme issue. (he disabled the theme and the error code was gone..).
I would love to attach the chat file for you but let me try to explain the issue quickly:
I set up a new user within my dreamhost and as soon as the change was done the website started showing error codes in header and footer and blowing/bluring images. I chattet with dreamhost support that suggested something might have gone wrong when moving the files and to change back to old user and then try again.
I did that and the website worked fine for me while on the old user but started acting weird with error code again with the new user… all files propperly moved.
Chatted with the second guy from dreamhost forever… he checked everything on their end and suggested to contact you.
Funny enough it also turned out that when on the “new user” he only saw the error code via comand line but the site itself looks good to him. When I am on the “old user” he gets the error code on the site…
For me it is the exact oposite.. the other way around!Any help would be really appreciated…
Thanks so much for now,

I’m not sure how setting up a new FTP user could affect the theme in any way and I’m not seeing any error messages either on the back- or front-end? Could you try to explain a bit further please? Try to deactivate the two plugins you have active to avoid any conflicts.
Thanks,
RikardJanuary 20, 2016 at 9:32 am #568454Hello Rikard,
hm, I am not sure how to further explain… is there any way I can send you a screen shot of the site as I am seeing it as an explanation?
I have de-activated all plugins, emptied all caches and restarted my router… The site looks fine on my iPhone but not on my computer when I look at it in Chrome, Safari and Firefox…
The error code is showing above the header and in the footer, all the pictures set as backgrounds are blown up huge and show blurry parts of the picture only…
Help please! I have been waiting all day to get this sorted..
Thanks a lot,

I checked your website with and without being logged in and could not see any errors on your website. Can you please post other login credentials as well?
Please also flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_RefreshYou can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here
