I am using the masonry contact element to display the blogs on the home page. No problem with this part. But when I click on the featured image of one of the blogs I am taken to a page that has large featured images of the blog and says “read more” and goes nowhere…I can’t even get to the full blog post. I could use a little help in discovering what I have done wrong.
To see this for yourself, here is my site: http://www.tigertale.net
Thank you
January 20, 2016 at 3:00 am #568309Hey Judy!
That’s pretty weird, like it’s using a different template. Have you done customizations?
Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. If your using a child theme then try activating just Enfold to see if it’s a problem in your child theme.
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

ElliottJanuary 20, 2016 at 4:21 pm #568716Site is a worse mess now.
I turned off all plugin’s and that changed nothing. I deactivated the Enfold Child theme and activated the original theme. It was if none of the changes I made in the child theme were registered in the original one. So I deleted the child theme and deleted the original theme. I went to Themeforest and tried to download the All fFles and Documentation but that failed. So I downloaded the Installable WordPress Files Only and that was successful.
I activated the new Enfold and the home page comes up as an Error-404 page. The admin page does load but all the customizations are gone.
Now what? Please, please don’t tell me I have to start over?

January 21, 2016 at 3:28 pm #569426Hey!
Clicking on the blog post should goto the main article instead it looks like it linking to the blog with a different template. Some modifications to the theme or a corrupt file has caused this issue. Our developers have been notified of this issue please give us more time while we work on this ticket and get back to you.
We may also need your FTP details and permission to re-install any theme files over FTP.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 22, 2016 at 5:44 am #569761Thank you for continuing to look into my theme’s hiccup. Hopefully this is the information you have requested. If you need more just ask.
I give Enfold Support personnel my permission to re-install any theme files over my personal FTP account.
