    Hello ,

    i had setup a website by using Enfold and the contact form is not working . ( although it said message sent , but not received anything , even in spam mail ) .

    then, i tested with wordpress plugin as suggested : Contact Form 7 .
    The email sending worked !

    Could you advise me what is the next step to solve Enfold contact form issue ? or i should use Contact Form 7 instead ?!
    but if it is the case, enfold contact form seems useless , and i would wish to keep it as less plugin as possible for my website . thanks !

    Hi teikhean!

    Could you give us admin access to login ( please add the info in private message) and check for the issue and request permission to deactivate all plugins and test the site.

    Was there a resolution? I’m also suffering exactly the same problem (contact form 7 works fine).

    I don’t mean to hijack — I just wanted to know what the solution was as my situation is exactly the same…
