    Hi!

    You can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

    .page-id-3326 .avia-tooltip.avia-tt {
    display: block!important;
    opacity: 1!important;
}

    You need to hover on them once to make them always visible

    Worked as stated. Thank you. However, is there a way to have the caption or title display not in a tooltip where the image has to be hovered over first?

    Hey!

    When I look in the place you mentioned about the element in question I do not see any logo’s or images between the full width button and the footer. Please send us a mockup and let us know what exactly you need and we will surely help you.
