    On some pages on my website some content and some headlines disappear after one second. They simply fade out … Can you help?

    I am also having a “similar” problem. So, I will try to explain as best as possible.

    I have a special heading inside a color section. In the special heading it has: SUNDAY <“strong”>SPECIAL</”strong”>
    In the Subheading text <“strong”>Sunday only</”strong”>
    the rest of my page is filled with other special text and catalogues.

    When I want to change the Subheading text by removing ANYTHING from (<“strong”>Sunday only</”strong”>), the entire page info disappears except the special heading that has: SUNDAY <“strong”>SPECIAL</”strong”>

    and at this time I have want it to look like, but the </> is showing up on the site, and if I remove, everything on that page disappears.

    And today, the </> is not showing on the page, which is a good thing (But now it showed up again) . And if I try to edit anything, it changes and deletes content. Before and After

    Hi @axxios,

    Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? Also please clear the cache from your caching plugin.

    Looks like you have an extra strong tag in your code there, please try to remove it. If you can’t work it out then please send admin login details in private. Please not that the original poster will be able to see any information you post in private.

    Yes, but when you or I change it, it erases all the other content.

    Hi!

    You are getting a js error There is still a conflict in the plugin and also somewhere a closing tag is missing on some html element. Please generate a password and post it again with permission to deactivate all plugins and check the theme. After that you can re-install the conflicting plugin.

    Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: .main_menu .menu li > a[href*=#]

    All plugins are deactivated and the problem still exist.

    Hi,

    What was erased after I edited the page? I checked before and after and everything looked the same? The reason why the builder is breaking is because of unclosed markup like what I edited for you so please try to go through your content and check so that every is closed properly: 

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    Sorry moderators the problem is still continuing. It has nothing to do with any plugins or incomplete tags. If I make any changes to a completed page and click update, it erases all content after update.

    Hi,

    Ok, I see the issue now and it’s happening because of open markup somewhere. I would suggest you recreate the page and don’t add any markup to it until you are happy with the layout. After that you can start adding markup where you’d like, but make sure to save and check often to see if something breaks.
