I’ve moved my purchase from one wordpress to another and when I change the theme and make changes to my pages the changes aren’t saved.
I’ve tried to delete it from the webhotel and upload it again but it doesn’t seem to help.I relally ned to change theme from the Quare theme because it’s not as super cool as Enfold

you are using a different theme. If you still need help from us then please activate Enfold. Though I am not sure what’s your issue about. Can you explain further please? Are you unable to change from your current theme to another theme (like Enfold e.g.)? If yes this does sound to me as a general WordPress issue and not a theme related one and I recommend to get a fresh WordPress installation in this case. You can ask in general WordPress forum as well.

You are welcome to enable the theme and then try to make some changes to a page. When you then want to edit the page it hasn’t saved the elements in the Avia editor and you Will then have to ADD the elements again. So thats why the theme isn’t enabled. But fell free to enable the theme And I’ll make the nessesary changes afterwardsHi,
I’m not sure what’s going on there, could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHi I’ve have updated the theme and overwritten the files as you suggested and changed the theme. When I add something in the Avia editor and press save it disapears.

I created a test page called Kriesi Test and I had no problems adding elements from the builder or saving what I had added. Please try to be as specific as possible in describing what you are doing and on what page your are doing it on.

IsmaelI’m very puzzled when I added it and then returned to edit it it wasn’t visible – but if you’re sure it Works now then i’m a happy man
If you look at the frontpage there is a color section with a background picture and a video in it – if you then want to edit it there isn’t anything to edit
If I add a color section and want to choose a colorfor the overlay it doesn’t have the color picker. I can’t see that it’s working
I’ve tried another page look at the page called Kontakt http://www.pepperband.dk/kontakt
same issue- can’t see the building blocks in the Avia builder (once that I have made changes and then pressed save/update) and can’t use color picker for textHi,
It sounds like you’re having a caching problem there, could you try flushing your browser cache and restarting it or a completely different browser to see if that helps maybe?
