    Hi,

    Can you help me? One of my team updated and changed the theme folder name on css file and now I can’t update on the latest release. Can you please check this for me?

    Hey wpnovice!

    Please try updating the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    and make sure that your API key is correct. Envato API had a small glitch little while ago. That could be the reason why you have not received updates.

    i will try the update via FTP but is this safe and it won’t destroy all my configuration?

    Hey!

    To be on the safe side, please have a backup of your files.

    It is safe as long as theme names are matching and there is no modified theme files. If you modify theme files, please use a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
