You can upload the image to an online image hosting service such as imgur.com and then copy the URL and paste it inside the popup when clicking on the “img” button in the editor when writing your reply.

Well, it’s inside an iframe so I don’t think there is anything we can do there. There is just too much content in that popup, it would need to be reduced.
