Hello, I have seen on the Enfold demo and many others a side tab with a cog on it. When I click on the cog a small content box slides open that displays the various style/color schemes options.
I would like to do something similar with either have content in the box or menu items or maybe a sidebar widget. Can you please tell me if this is included in the theme or is it a plugin that I can download?

It is not included. You might be able to find a plugin that does something similar though. Maybe something like this, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-user-stylesheet-switcher/.

Actually, I am not looking to use it to display styles. I would like to had a side tab that when I click on it, it will open up to a menu or form or widget.
