Hello,
I created a new page on my website which includes several packages and for some reason it is not working properly on desktop or mobile.
On the desktop, one of the packages (Kentucky Derby) was not showing although it was created on the page in WordPress. When I duplicated it, it shows. So it can only be visible if there are 2 copies created.
On mobile, the only image working is Super Bowl package. All the other images are distorted, and one of them is picking up the image from the homepage. The writing has messed up and seems compressed along with the countdown ticker. The sitemap on bottom footer has completely messed up. I want to use a different image for the main cover photo (where the video of boat is)
Any idea what the issue is? I have screenshots but not sure how I can share with you.
January 10, 2016 at 9:15 am #562661Hi zochagroup!
The intro video is stunning! You can change it with a photo if you goto that page and check the Advance layout builder. The rest of the site looks good on my system so i am unable to find any issues.
Request you to kindly send us a screenshot of the issue with your browser info and login info in a private message so we can take a look at the backed for the duplication issue you have mentioned.
Regards,
VinayJanuary 10, 2016 at 9:18 am #562664Thank you! This is not for the homepage, I am referring to the experience page :) It’s a private page with passcode in previous post. Image is only for mobile version, not on desktop. (referring to experience page specifically)
Is there an email I can send screenshots to?
January 10, 2016 at 9:53 am #562676I was able to figure out the desktop issue with the duplication- was using color section instead of grid row.
Only issue now is mobile images and text messed up along with sitemap on bottom. I will provide screenshots, just let me know how I can send to you.
Thanks!
January 11, 2016 at 4:59 am #562892Hi,
You can upload screenshots to a service like imgur.com or a public dropbox folder/google drive and then link to them here.
Thanks,
RikardJanuary 15, 2016 at 12:46 am #565816Please see link below. Countdown is not expanded, text is off center and not aligned properly and sitemap on bottom is configured incorrectly on mobile. (vertical and not horizontal like other pages)
January 15, 2016 at 5:55 am #565947Hi,
I think you didn’t set the correct permissions for the file, could you check them or upload to for instance imgur.com instead?
Thanks,
RikardJanuary 15, 2016 at 5:57 am #565948Sorry about that, try it now.

January 19, 2016 at 11:05 pm #568206Hi!
refrain from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.
I checked page in private content and can see that your countdown element is showing fine on my end. Could you fix it already?
Best regards,
