Problem with site updating and adwords

Hi, I am using Enfold on this lovely site http://www.meaby.co.uk and its developed a few problem. Firstly, updates on the site aren’t showing up on the front end, even though they are there. The site has no caching plug in and I cant work out what is causing this.
Secondly, I have had PPC ads rejected by adwords because the site is violating their policies, reason ‘site is not working’. Clearly the site IS working and I’ve had google search console fetch and render it and its shown what the search engine sees and its the same as what i see.
Is there anything in the theme that would make google not see the site from an adwords point of view or which would mean it doesn’t update on the front end? Log ins in private area
