I recently notice that the emails from woocommerce are not being sent. It was working fine until I upgrade WP, Enfold, and Woocommerce to the latest versions. The payments go through. I get confirmation from PayPal but no New Order Mail or Processing Email. What does go through is when I move from Processing to complete. Any ideas? I can’t get an answer from woocommerce. This is happening across the board on several of my sites. I have triple checked my settings and they are checked so that emails are sent.
Thanks in advanced.

Can you please check if the issue persists with the default WordPress theme activated?

CarlaJanuary 8, 2016 at 5:31 am #561831So I changed the theme to WP Default theme and I sent my self a test email for new order and processing order. I received the emails. I set the theme back to Enfold and did the same test and no emails.
Any ideas why?
Thanks
CarlaJanuary 9, 2016 at 10:29 pm #562526I’m not sure if the last few orders of not getting emails was a “fluke” but I just got an new order and the email came through. Strange.
January 11, 2016 at 4:47 pm #563313Hi!
do does it work for you now? you could try to contact your host about it and ask why the emails get blocked. Also maybe a plugin like contact form 7 is for you.

AndyFebruary 28, 2016 at 12:37 am #590319Having issues with customers getting order confirmation. This only is a problem with downloadable orders. I’m using woocommerce. I get a confirmation of the order but the order receipt that goes to the customer does not go out.
Any ideas? I don’t have any issue with products that are tangible.
Thanks in advanced.

You should contact your hosting provider regarding the issue.

IsmaelApril 11, 2016 at 8:31 am #611040Hi Carla – did you get this problem fixed as I’m having the same problems with digital products. Even as admin, I receive the order confirmation, but customer emails are not being sent. By the way, my host is Hostgator. Any update would be appreciated as this is driving me crazy! :-) Thanks
JeffApril 11, 2016 at 9:31 am #611065Hey!
@jeff Most of the time the emails are delivered into spam folder. Have you check it? If you still have issues we need to take a closer look at it please create a new ticket and provide us with your site details in private content so we can login and take a closer look at the issue.Best regards,
VinayApril 11, 2016 at 9:42 am #611073Hi Vinay – yes, I checked spam folders for all the test purchases I’ve made (3 different accounts) – and no emails were received in the my local spam folder (using Apple Mail). All 3 accounts were gmail accounts and my host is Hostgator. As it happens, when I logged into gmail directly, the emails were sitting in that Spam folder and were not downloaded to my local spam folder. I’ve since marked them as not spam. But I will be making a note for purchasers to check their spam if they don’t; receive email confirmation – especially if to a gmail address.
Thanks
