    Hi there,

    sorry if i am spamming, but i couldn’t find an topic with my problem, when i created a product page, the product info won’t show up. I wanted to build it with avia builder to include reviews, that works fine, but there is no photo or info
    Any idea where can be a problem?

    Hey sokitt!

    not sure what you are trying to do exactly. Can you show us an example of what you want to achieve? Please ask WooCommerce support about it as well, as they know their plugin best.

    Hey Andy,

    when i was setting up e commerce on other site it has showed product info and description automatically, now i can’ see it, even if i have product info tab inserted.

    I am sending you link to print screen of my woocommerce settings, i don’ know if there isn’t any conflict or something.

    For example i want to product with photo to show up on product page like in this video:

    As i understand you are not able to see the product info and description tab in the product page is that correct?

    Hi Vinay,
    exactly, i did some a/b tests and found out that when i use layer builder the main info isn’t shown up, only reviews, but no option to add to cart f.e.
    There are 2 items – gracie and one called paskovaci 9kyu – 1 dan (the second doesnt work with the builder) exactly the same woocommerce settings.

    Is there any conflict? i didn’ add any special features to woocommerce, only basic plugin.

    Hi!

    If you use the advance layout builder to build the product, all default elements such as the product info, product image etc will be removed. You will be able to build the product content from scratch. If you need the default elements of the product, please use the default editor.
