I have several updated Enfold sites which shares a common issue with Layerslider.
All sliders are working on the frontend, but when I access the backend all images are gone from the sliders. “Slide Image & Thumbnail” should have an image but they are gone on most sites.

try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

AndyHi. I disabled plugins but Slide Image & Thumbnails are still all missing. I have enclosed login-information, and you are allowed to turn plugins off.

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Your URL has a space after …/Static/ – Does that mean anything?

Did you transfer or migrate the website prior to this issue? Do you have a dev site in place?

IsmaelNo – Just regular update. Manual update of Enfold through FTP just like now and the rolling updates of plugins and WP. The Issue is the same on several of my Enfold sites on different hosts.
I had a problem with Enfold not reporting that updates where available and not being able to autoupdate. Which is the reason for the manual updates. Normally I update from Ithemes Sync.

What happens if you re-add the image in the layers? I know this means extra work but please try it.

IsmaelIf I re-add the images they are back. But adding to all my client pages will be costly.
It would be nice to know what caused it, and if I can do anything to prevent further accidents.
On the other hand I understand if its just one of those things that happens.
