    Found this post that made it possible to move the post image to the left but the part discussing resizing the images did not work. Can you let me know another way to increase the size?

    Did you make sure to regenerate the thumbnails?

    Got it to work thanks!

    Have one other questions. We would like to add a border around the image on the left and content on the right. I got the border around the featured image but what would be a good way to get it around the content on the left too?

    not sure what you are trying to achieve. Can you provide us a mockup showing the results you want to achieve? use imgur.com or dropbox. Maybe try out this code in Quick CSS field:

    .entry-content-wrapper.clearfix.standard-content {
border: solid;
}

    Is this what you need?
