January 2, 2016 at 7:38 am #558846Hi,
You are getting a bunch of 503 and 403 errors on that page, I’m not sure why but you should check the file permissions for the files in question. Your hosting provider could likely give you better answers why you are getting those errors than we can.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 7, 2016 at 2:54 pm #561262I get same issue. No icon fonts display not even in tha editor. I have updated theme version via FTP) and i followed istructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/

RikardJanuary 8, 2016 at 12:25 pm #561906Hey!
update your WordPress version.
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 8, 2016 at 2:13 pm #561963@Rikard, i fixed that error: it occured because i updated a plugin (a backup plugin) that required an upgraded php version; @Andy, i updated all plugins and deactivated, i uploaded once again files of the latest version of enfold theme. But issue is still there. Latest thing i have to tried is wordpress update, but i have to wait because some plugins are not yet compatible with the latest version of WordPress. So thanks a lot for now. See soon.

RikardJanuary 10, 2016 at 6:51 pm #562770Not fixed yet. I have to try to update wordpress version but i’m waiting for some plugin updates (now not compatible with next wordpress version).

February 1, 2016 at 6:45 am #575569Hi,
It looks like you are loading the icon file from a different installation which is in yourdomain/new/? It seems that is why it’s being blocked by the browser. Errors on your page in private.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 1, 2016 at 12:15 pm #575695Yes, WordPress installation is in “new” folder but everything worked fine until end of december 2015. What i have to do to fix the issue? Thanks
February 2, 2016 at 6:17 am #576252Hi,
I’m not sure, you might have to move it. What’s the reason for installing it in a subfolder? Please send us admin login details so that we can have a closer look. Have in mind that the original poster will see your details so you might want to start a new thread.
Regards,
RikardFebruary 2, 2016 at 11:14 am #576359Everything worked fine until end of december also with wordpress installed in a subfolder. I will start a new thread with access details. Thanks.
