    My site says 3.2.3 is the latest version but I know we are up to 3.4 something. Why can’t it see updates?

    On the themeforest page it says…

    Try clearing WordPress transients using the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/

    If that doesn’t help then please send us login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
