Hi,
I just installed the latest enfold theme and imported the demo data called Minimal Portfolio Demo. When I updated a blog entry for instance “A Nice Entry” the featured Image disappears from the single post page. I thought I messed up the configuration so I resetted my wordpress DB, reactivated enfold theme, re-imported “Minimal Portfolio Demo” and was still able to replicate the issue using the steps I’ve described above.

try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it.

AndyI’ve deactivated all my plugins and still have the same issue. There’s a feature image on my “A Nice Entry” post but it doesn’t show up on the single post page.

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Please note that the behaviour you’re experiencing is default if you’re using the builder for the post.

Hi,
I see you’ve used the builder to publish your post so the behaviour is correct, using the builder for posts will make the post act like a page and you will have to add the default post items manually if you would like to include them. If you switch to the default editor and save the post again your image should be displayed again.
