The problems started when I installed an SSL certificate to secure my website. Before all was well. Site pages did not want to load when WooCommerce was activated. I searched your discussion to find help or clues. I have not found a solution. (obviously I eliminated other plugin …) The site starts operating when I change themes. Desperate, I uninstalled and reinstalled and wordpress theme enfold to start over. But here it does not work yet. The images do not appear (light box does not work) and easy slider either. In short I am really discouraged. Please for assistance.
December 17, 2015 at 9:47 am #554282Hi cachou115,
You are getting a 404 from a WooCommerce file, I’m guessing that’s why you are having problems. Not sure why but you might want to ask your hosting provide about it:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://prdequiferme.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.4.1
Uncaught TypeError: a.cookie is not a function cart-fragments.min.js?ver=2.4.12:1Regards,
RikardDecember 22, 2015 at 3:49 am #556285I asked the web host to check your information. They told me it was probably a mod_security problem. Today a technician from the web host has disabled mod_sec rules for the address in question. But it does not work more than before. It’s very long to settle. Do you think we are on the right track?
December 23, 2015 at 7:05 am #556900Hi,
Not sure why but your front-end is not loading for me, I’ve asked the rest of the team to take a look as well. Hopefully it’s only on my end.
Best regards,
Rikard-

December 23, 2015 at 2:05 pm #556968Hi Rikard,
Yes it’s the same for me, the front end is not loading (when Enfold page preloader is activated). When I uncheck this option, others troubles are there.
December 23, 2015 at 2:37 pm #556974Hi!
does this happen when you activate a default WordPress theme as well?
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Try to force SSL by using a plugin like:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-ssl-everywhere/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-https/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-https/Best regards,
AndyDecember 23, 2015 at 3:47 pm #557001Hi Andy,
Everything looking good with other themes.I already deleted wordpress installation and themes from CPanel before contacting your team.
December 23, 2015 at 5:39 pm #557107I tried all ”ssl force” plugin. No results.
December 23, 2015 at 6:20 pm #557166I just received an email from my web host :
This is an issue with WordPress and Woocomerce. You may need to go to the developers of Woocomerce for support on this issue. If there are any server settings that need to be changed please let us know and we will see what we can do for you.
Do I have to abandon Enfold and look for another woocommerce compatible theme?
December 24, 2015 at 7:51 am #557376Hi,
I’m not sure, I haven’t heard of anyone else having this issue so maybe you could try contacting WooCommerce to see what they have to say about it?
Regards,
Rikard -
