when does Enfold load template-builder.php

Hello, I’m a beginner of Enfold theme. But I really like it.

I’m building a site with child theme on Enfold.
By the way, when I created single.php but if I didn’t post with Avia builder, it load template-builder.php not single.php.
Of course, an single article posted with Avia builder, it load single.php.

I coundn’t find the part of load it. I want to load only single.php whenever open single post.
Can I have any solution?
