Hello! I have questions about the map item in the Avia Framework. I am wondering if you can show me how to do two things:
1). Change the default pin image for all pointers using some code in a child theme functions.php, so that we do not have to open 100+ pointers we already entered and change the pointer image 100+ times manually. We want to change from the default orange pin to something else across the board.
2). Make all the pins on our map draw instantly instead of popping in slowly one after another, again hopefully with some code in a child theme functions.php. Our map is drawing them slowly and it takes a good minutes for all the pins to pop in, which is not the effect we would like.
I want to stress that I do not want any answers that involve making changes directly to the Enfold parent theme. That’s not how we roll. We want the integrity of the parent theme to remain in tact for future updates, and for all customizations to be in the Enfold child theme.

BasilisOK, so no quick fix where I could paste some code into a child theme’s functions.php and change the default behavior.
Two follow up questions then:
1). Can “Team Kriesi” consider adding a new feature to a map object’s base settings to adjust the pin icon across the board (for that map)? The “per pin” is nice, but a way to change the default for any given map would be excellent!
2). Do you know what is causing the pins to draw so slow? Is that intentional in your code? If so, can you provide a setting in a map object’s base settings to turn that off or speed that up (perhaps allow us to set the delay ourselves)?
