I have updated the theme to the latest version 3.4.5. I cannot see a preview of layerslider. The preview looks like this: http://screencast.com/t/f6gITkYy . I cannot see anything. I also have this red message on layerslider plugin: http://screencast.com/t/RrajtgTU . and also here on the installed plugins : http://screencast.com/t/wDFnxMoviq .

You are getting some 404 errors on the Layer Slider page:
http://drivesafemate.com/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/static/%20codemirror/lib/codemirror.js?ver=5.6.2Could you check the permissions for that file? If it exists of course.

You will need to check the file itself on the server using an FTP client, your hosting provider could most likely help you out with that.

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/
Does you layerslider plugin work with a default WordPress theme? please let us know about your results.

Its actually not a permission problem. The layerslider on your site simply links to the wrong files. as an example:
instead of linking to
your site links to
http://drivesafemate.com/avia-samples/slide2_textblock.png
Truth to be told, I am not sure why this is happening for you, but it can be solved easily by going into your layerslider editor and add “wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider” to each link. I tried to do it myself but the username/pw no longer works. If you need help with that feel free to enable them again and we can help you with fixing those urls.

KriesiEdit: Alternatively when I think about it, an easier solution would be to simply copy the folder with the images at “wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/avia-samples/” into your root so that all the urls are correct and http://drivesafemate.com/avia-samples/ actually exists. Feel free to post us your ftp credentials in the private content field if you need help with that :)

You can:
– Disable the LayerSlider plugin and use the one that comes with the theme instead (it won’t require you a key or anything).
– Disable the one that comes with the theme and use the LayerSlider plugin, see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/deactivate-the-layerslider-plugin/Cheers!
