    Is it possible to add a 0.6 or 0.7 transparency to the blue and red buttons?
    If so, how can I do this?

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:

    .home .avia-button-wrap a {
opacity:0.6 !important;
}
