Hi there,
I have build a new website through the Enfold theme, only now is my mobile menu and footer dissapeared, I did try many things to let the mobile menu and footer appeared but it didn’t work out, please can you help me?

Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. If not then please post login details so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
