Header styling

Hi guys, i need to insert 2 clickable images in the header (green point to a link, blue to other one). I am using logo left, menu right. And i want to be on the right of the menu.
I have looked in the forum and achieve somewhere in the middle. In other site have done it before with the same info, but doest work this time, dont know if its the menu position, or with the theme update doesnt work the same trick

Also have to move down a litle the menu so it align to de word “services” in the logo.
