Make page Title "Post Title | Blog Name"

Hi,
I couldn’t find anything to help on this, but we need the page titles (in browser tab) to include the title of the post.

So if the website name is Example, and i make a post called Friday Is Nice, I’d like the title of the page that shows up in the browser to be Friday Is Nice | Example.

I see where to edit the title in Header.php, but don’t know what to add so that the post title is there too.
