    Hello,

Thanks so much all your hard work on enfold, this is an excellent theme and your team has been very responsive to all of my support tickets!

I am using an Enfold child theme with the most up to date parent theme (3.4.3). In Theme Options -> Header -> Header Layout, I have selected the Menu and Logo Position option Logo center, Menu Above and also enabled sticky header and shrinking header.

The problem is that the top menu sticks but the header section containing the logo image does not. With any other Menu and Logo Position option, the logo image and the main menu are both contained <header> element and so the logo and main menu both stick, shrink, etc. However, with the Logo Center, Menu Above option selected, the logo image and main menu are contained in separate elements – the main menu remains in the <header> element while the logo image is now contained in div#main. This option causes the main menu to stick, but the logo does not stick.

I am just starting this project so I have not made any modifications at all to the child theme code. This is a clean version of enfold with no other theme options changed aside from the ones listed above. Is there any easy fix for this? Is there any particular reason that both elements are not contained within the <header> tags for only this layout option?

    Hi rickyporco,

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

note: you will see a temporary fix i have in place by giving the logo container a fixed position. This isnt the fix im looking for because the logo still doesnt shrink (because it’s not part of the header).

    Hey!

not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve. Can you provide us a mockup showing the results you want to achieve?
However, it sounds to me as it would require a huge amount of time and customization of the theme and in this case you would need to hire a freelance developer for this job.

    Regards,
    Andy
