I use the google maps for various purposes on my site and for one of the maps I am making a transparent PNG color overlay as the map marker to show a radius from a point. The problem is the marker is aligned so that the bottom of the marker image touches the point on the map. Is there is easy way to have the marker centered to the map point?
Hi hobart,
I’m not sure, could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Thanks,
Rikard

on the left i have mocked it up showing how the placemaker should be centered on the store location. The right is current placement. For instance, there is a store in Lubbock, TX. The placemarker should be centered on Lubbock not bottom aligned
Hi!
please provide us a precise link where we can find your map. I checked link in private content but could not find it.
Best regards,
Andy
I have launched the site now, but I still have not gotten this resolved, I have added the link. Also, is there a way to make the map points larger? Like 140X140?
Just a heads up, I have changed out the map with a solid image because I had to expand the radius of the markers. Thanks anyway for your help.
