    Hi – the Avia editor has stopped working just a circle going round and round nothing else happens. I have deactivated all plugins but no help

    Hey!

    These do not work as well. Please confirm and then post login credentials :)
    Edit: Or you can go to Users > Add New and create a new user with administrator role

    Hey!

    You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.4.4 via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Wow no can do I do not get easy access to my server so it will mean I have to send them links etc and they will sort it but it takes day – can I delete the old version and replace with the new version?

    Yes, you can try it.
    You can also insert your username and API key in Enfold theme options to received auto-updates.

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please try to update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    OK I got a new api code and put that in then went to themes update and there was an update box at the bottom clicked and now all looks OK so thank you – you learn something every day – shall I still use plug in artiss transient cleaner?

    No, you do not need to use the plugin. That would be needed if you have not received auto-update.
    Please keep your theme up-to-date to avoid such issues :)
